Bavarian hospitality at its best - the hotel truly lives up to its reputation. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a comfortable and impeccably clean room. The attention to detail was evident, with little touches that added to the charm of the place, like a lovely balcony where we could enjoy the views. Another standout feature was the breakfast buffet, which offered an array of mouthwatering options that catered to all tastes. We couldn't help but indulge in the delicious foods on offer. One thing that impressed us was the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. When we realized we had left behind a vital plug converter, the staff promptly located it and ensured it was sent to us, saving our trip. Such dedication to customer service is truly commendable.
Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. However, it would have been even better if there were more large towels provided in the bathroom.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape with my partner at a traditional hotel near the Bavarian Lake. the breakfast was the best part of our stay, featuring local food like cheese and cold meats, and even a glass of bubbles. the room had a rustic appearance that added to the charm of the hotel, and it was very spacious, offering a relaxing stay. the hotel was situated in a key location close to the beautiful lake, with easy parking facilities and scenic walks nearby.
the pillows were not very comfortable, which made the sleeping experience stressful.
